For over 20 years, DJ Jeff Allen has been one of the top club and remote event DJ's in the South Central Pennsylvania area. He has been associated with some of the top spots for night time entertainment in the area including The Looking Glass in Abbottstown, The Goal Post in Hanover, and Mixer's Night Club in York where he was a permanent resident from the time it opened in 1991 through 2002. He has been the MC at hundreds of weddings, school dances, class reunions, and various other private functions. DJ Jeff has the distinction of being the only other DJ ever to play on one of the legendary Cruises from Inner Harbor, Baltimore hosted by DJ Batman from Ocean City, Maryland and seen on the E Channel. Among the celebrities DJ Jeff has been fortunate enough to entertain are Alan Jackson, Garth Brooks, Joe Paterno, Neil Young, and members of The Coral Reefer Band. DJ Jeff can be heard several times a year in the guest DJ hour on Jimmy Buffett's internet radio station "Radio Margaritaville".
Jeff's musical selection has a wide range from the Top 40 hits of the 50's through today and is able to offer a huge selection of the best in dance music and party music. Jeff also has a great selection of 'beach' music including classic reggae, The Beach Boys, and Jimmy Buffett. Jeff performs several times a year for the official Jimmy Buffett fan club "Parrot Heads In Amish Paradise" from their annual Christmas Party, the annual Mardi Gras Party, and in the parking lot before any Jimmy Buffett concert he can find.
Whether it's bubbles, beach balls, blow up instruments, or beads that he hands out, DJ Jeff loves to use as many tools as possible to get his audience involved. He is not satisfied until at least one conga line is formed and uses his varied musical selections to get everyone on the dance floor at least once. DJ Jeff combines a great musical selection with props and visual effects to create an event that everyone will talk about for some time to come.
